60x40m Equestrian Arena with Wax Coated Sand/Fibre Surface

We recently completed a brand new 60m x 40m equestrian arena, with a waxed sand/fibre surface for Ampleforth College. The new arena, which will include Dressage and Show Jump facilities, will enhance the opportunities for day pupils to train and prepare at the College for the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) events.

At the official opening of the arena the ribbon was cut by special guest Mr Christopher Bartle (British eventing team’s high performance coach) & Friar Ambrose blessed the arena. We were also treated to a showjumping & dressage demonstration by two talented equestrian students.
